E46 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using the e46 platform. By registering for or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the e46 platform (including the website, mobile app, and related services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. If you do not meet this age requirement or disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the e46 platform. e46 reserves the right to request age verification at any time.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and e46 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Creation & Security

Account Registration

To make full use of e46's services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. e46 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Identity Verification

E46 reserves the right to request identity verification from users at any stage. This includes providing valid identification documents, proof of address, or other required information. Failure to provide the requested information may result in account restrictions or closure.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As a user of the e46 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following usage rules:

Use the platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes in compliance with all applicable laws.
Do not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from e46.
Do not attempt to disrupt, breach, or compromise the security or integrity of the platform's systems.
Do not spread false, misleading, or deceptive information through the platform.
Do not engage in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the platform.
Do not share, transfer, or sell your account to any other party.
Comply with the betting limits and game conditions set for each game category on the platform.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, account closure, and forfeiture of any balance associated with the breach. e46 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

Currency & Payment Methods

All transactions on the e46 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). e46 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods including TNG eWallet, FPX via local banks, and bank transfer. Available methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

All deposits are final once confirmed. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and security checks, which may take several business days. e46 reserves the right to hold withdrawals while verification procedures are in progress. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the current policy set out on the platform.

Transaction Responsibilities

It is the user's responsibility to ensure that all payment details provided are accurate and valid. e46 is not liable for transaction delays or failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the user or technical issues on the part of third parties, including banks and payment processors.

Receipts & Records

Every successful transaction will be recorded in the user's account history. Users are encouraged to review their transaction records regularly. Any discrepancies must be reported to e46 support within 30 days of the transaction date.

5. Account Policy, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

Account Suspension & Closure

E46 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, failure to complete identity verification, or at the request of relevant authorities. In the event of a suspension, any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to the outcome of the review.

Limitation of Liability

E46 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use this platform. e46's total liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the e46 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and code — is the property of e46 or our licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or exploit any content without prior written consent from e46.

Third-Party Links

The e46 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. e46 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Amendments to Terms

E46 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes via an in-platform notice or registered email. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect. e46's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
